NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
The Hayes County Board of Commissioners will be in session on January 13, 2026, commencing at 1:30 p.m. CT, or as soon thereafter as said meeting can be held, in the Hayes County Courthouse, 505 Troth Street, Hayes Center, Nebraska. Said session will be open to public attendance.
The agenda, which shall be kept continually current, is readily available for public inspection during normal courthouse business hours, in the office of the County Clerk. Except for items of an emergency nature, said agenda will not be altered later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled commencement of said meeting.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT a meeting of the Hayes County Planning & Zoning Commission will be held on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. CT at the Hayes County Courthouse, 505 Troth Street, Hayes Center, Nebraska. The meeting is open to the public.

Road Maintenance Position
Hayes County Board of Commissioners is soliciting applications for
an immediate opening for a full-time and/or a part-time road
maintenance position. CDL operator’s permit, heavy equipment and
mechanical experience is preferred. Pre-employment drug screening
