NOTICE OF MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT a meeting of the Hayes County Board of Equalization will be held November 10, 2026 at 1:00 P.M. in the Hayes County Courthouse located at, 505 Troth Street, Hayes Center, NE.  The meeting is open to the public.

Immediately following the Board of Equalization meeting, the Hayes County Board of Commissioners will be in session. Said session will be open to the public, and the public is invited to attend.

Agendas for said meetings are kept current and are readily available for public inspection at the office of the Hayes County Clerk during normal business hours. Agendas may be modified at said public meeting to include items of an emergency nature only.

A quorum of the Planning and Zoning Commission members may be present at this meeting. However, no formal action will be taken by the Planning and Zoning Commission
