The Hayes County Board of Commissioners will be in session on October 22, 2026, commencing at 10:00 a.m. CT, or as soon thereafter as said meeting can be held, in the Hayes County Courthouse, 505 Troth Street, Hayes Center, Nebraska. Said session will be open to public attendance.

The agenda, which shall be kept continually current, is readily available for public inspection during normal courthouse business hours, in the office of the County Clerk. Except for items of an emergency nature, said agenda will not be altered later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled commencement of said meeting.

A quorum of the Planning and Zoning Commission members may be present at this meeting. However, no formal action will be taken by the Planning and Zoning Commission.
